Implementation Barometer of the National Charter for Peace and Reconciliation
Tracking, year after year, how the commitments set out in Law No. 2025-042 on the National Charter for Peace and Reconciliation are actually implemented.
In design
Adopted in 2025, the National Charter for Peace and Reconciliation sets out commitments whose implementation now needs to be monitored. The barometer proposed by the Institute will measure, in each annual edition, how far these commitments have actually been put into effect, drawing on sourced indicators and verifiable data.
The barometer is designed to work in connection with the activities of the Observatory for Peace and National Reconciliation, so that its findings can inform public action and the dialogue between institutions and citizens.
